The 2-hour session was a blast for our diverse group (age, gender, degree of competitiveness). The event started with a short safety talk and then included a nice balance of expert instruction and friendly competitions. They have different individual and team games you can set up if interested in competition - we had fun with these. The equipment is top notch and can suit everyone.
